La arquitectura del dispositivo permite el procesamiento continuo de la se\u00f1al electrocardiogr\u00e1fica para el c\u00e1lculo de intervalos RR y m\u00e9tricas de coherencia, las cuales se traducen en un feedback lum\u00ednico que informa al usuario sobre su estado de relajaci\u00f3n. La innovaci\u00f3n central radica en un objeto interactivo blando que act\u00faa como interfaz h\u00e1ptico-kinest\u00e9sica, transmitiendo de forma f\u00edsica y org\u00e1nica un patr\u00f3n de respiraci\u00f3n diafragm\u00e1tica lenta y profunda; esta estimulaci\u00f3n t\u00e1ctil, sincronizada con la gu\u00eda auditiva y visual, promueve una regulaci\u00f3n auton\u00f3mica eficiente y una interacci\u00f3n corporal directa que minimiza la carga cognitiva, optimizando as\u00ed la transici\u00f3n hacia un estado de coherencia card\u00edaca mediada por tecnolog\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p><i class=\"fa fa-users \" ><\/i> <strong>Project Leader:<\/strong> Dra.
